Yakiniku Dragon produced by Jumbo
The renowned Tokyo yakiniku restaurant Yakiniku Jumbo—so popular it’s nearly impossible to get a reservation—is making its long-awaited debut in Nagano this winter.
For dinner, we will fully recreate the authentic Tokyo experience with signature dishes such as the classic Nohara-yaki and Wagyu nigiri.
At lunchtime, we will offer special regional collaboration menus featuring Shinshu Premium Wagyu from Iiyama, locally grown vegetables, and Iiyama rice, contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
Restaurant House Togari × Camel Kitchen
Rest House Togari has undergone a major renovation. Starting this season, while keeping the familiar menu, the interior and exterior have been significantly updated. In addition, Camel Kitchen Co., Ltd. from the Camel Coffee Group has joined as a production partner.
Chūkasoba Tsukemen Hajime
The hugely popular Harajuku-based ramen restaurant Chūkasoba Tsukemen Hajime will also be opening at Togari Onsen.
They are renowned for their soy sauce and salt ramen, made from a rich yet gentle chicken broth simmered to perfection, as well as their deeply flavorful dipping soup crafted with chicken, Kurobuta pork, and seafood.
