Can I use credit cards, electronic payments, or cashless payment methods?
Cashless payments are accepted as follows:
Credit Cards: Ticket Center, all restaurants, Rental Land
PayPay: Ticket Center, all restaurants, Togabo Rental 1, Akatsuki-no-Yu
Can I send my skis or snowboard in advance by delivery service?
A: Yes. Our ski resort offers a service to receive and store your skis, snowboards, and other gear sent in advance by courier.
If you wish to use this service, please send your items to the following address:

Please be sure to include your intended pick-up date in the remarks section.
Ship your items so they arrive by the day before your pick-up date.
Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
Items will be received and shipped from the Pegasus Slope Information Center.
Only pre-paid shipments are accepted for sending items back.
This service is available only via Yamato Transport; other carriers cannot be accepted.
Are there mogul courses?
Yes. At Earth Dragon Field, we offer various mogul courses suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders.
Starting this season, we will also open Japan’s longest 300-meter long mogul run and install new jump ramps.
Are there changing rooms and lockers?
Yes. Both men's and women's changing rooms and lockers are available inside each rental shop.
Can I make a reservation for rentals?
Yes. Rental Land accepts advance reservations and payments. Please take advantage of this service.

Are small items (gloves, goggles, etc.) available for rent?
No, we do not rent small items. These are available for purchase at each rental shop.
Is night skiing available?
Yes, we offer night skiing on Saturdays. Please check our website for the schedule.
Can I ride a snowscoot or snowskate on the slopes?
Yes, riding these items on the slopes is allowed. However, please be sure to use a leash cord at all times.
Are there designated smoking areas?
Yes, smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Can I ride the lift with my pet?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed on the lifts at our ski resort.
What should I do if I lose or forget something?
Lost and found items are kept at the Information Center or Ski Resort Management Office.
